SWACS take the security of your data and marketing preferences very seriously and believe you should have full knowledge of what data we might have, how we might use any data and give you control of marketing preferences including an opt-out option sent in all emails.

You can contact us at any time to be sent a copy of all information we hold about you.

Online payments and donations

All payments are made by the encrypted payment gateway at Paypal. We do not receive or have any access to banking or credit/debit card details.

Once payment is made we will receive your name, address, email and phone number. When joining SWACS, making a donation or purchasing goods online, you can give consent to be kept infomed by email of relevant news and information. If you do give consent, then every email we send you will contain a link to opt-out at any point.

Data sharing

We have never and will never share any data with third parties. We will never share data with social media or other websites. We will only ever send emails to people who have signed up to become a member or opted to be notified of SWACS activities and events.

Website and Security

Our website runs on open-source WordPress software and is updated immediately upon any new software or security update.

On our own computers, we use highly reputable firewall and anti-virus software. No unauthorised persons have access to our software or data.
