Guided tours from April to October

Archaeology Scotland visit the caves

We were delighted to welcome a coachload of visitors from Archaeology Scotland last Saturday as part of their tour of some of the most interesting sites in Fife. They were the first group to visit the newly spring-cleaned Jonathan’s Cave, as during the week the remaining graffiti and paint from the vandalism last summer was removed. Thanks to Historic Environment Scotland for the grant which allowed us to employ specialist cleaning contractors to carefully clean the paint away without further damage to the carvings.
