At a very popular storytelling event in Court Cave, Rowan Morrison wove together storm-raising folklore from Scotland and the true stories of women in 17th Century Scotland who were condemned as witches and put to death for raising storms and sinking ships.
Organised as a Big Scottish Story Ripple event as part of the Scottish International Storytelling Festival, ticket sales generated over £200 for SWACS.
The ‘candles’ you see in the pictures are actually flickering LED lights but they gave us a real sense of how the space may have been lit in earlier times.
